New quarter for class

Sigh. Today I start a new quarter, grading a ton of papers and trying to help young college students write better.

But, it is also time for me to get to the lab and get that work done. I will be doing a lot of writing myself this quarter, and measuring a lot of carbon. It's got to be done.

Glad I'm not dating anyone at the moment. It tends to be distracting.
